Week 6 Training Schedule


Week six:

Mon:   Rest
Tues:  20 x 200m in approx 45 seconds, starting every minute 6M in total
Weds: 9M steady in 8:30-9:00
Thurs: 6M build up run - starting at 8:30s and moving down to 7s
Fri:      Rest
Sat:     Bootcamp with Asics & Runner's World! Training Day: 8M in total
Sun:    18M relaxed in 9:00

Week total: 47M

  2. Thanks guys! I'm not even looking at the total mileage on this week as it makes me feel tired! :) Love these sessions though and the weeks are just FLYING by!
